EC CITES Committee on Trade in Wild Fauna and Flora

The EC CITES Committee is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the European Wildlife Regulations. This includes amending the Annexes, establishing uniform procedures and adopting measures to implement CITES resolutions. Each Member State is represented on the Committee which meets approximately 5 times a year. Details of EC CITES Committee meetings can be found on the  European Commission's website.
